He's the architect behind the agent stack and the rep who picks up the phone when something breaks.
He came to AI from regulated industry, not the other way round. Six years as a FINRA-licensed financial advisor at UBS Wealth Management and Merrill Lynch, then seventeen years running his own investor relations consultancy — advising public companies on how to communicate with the market, including building social channels at a time when a single post could raise a disclosure question. Before all of it, six years in the Marine Corps as an ammunition technician, where procedure is not paperwork. That is why the agents refuse legal advice, say they are AI before anything else, and route to you instead of booking over your calendar. He has spent his career inside rules that matter, and he builds like it.
