A more valuable firm
What AlphaForge does

Four parts of the firm. One operating model.

AlphaForge combines implementation services with connected technology. Each engagement is organized around four business pillars — not a catalog of disconnected AI tools.

01

CRM & Automation

Connect the firm’s systems and reduce administrative friction. Intake, communication, scheduling, follow-up, routing, dashboards and AI interfaces are configured around firm-approved workflows.

Fewer gaps. Less manual handoff. Better operating capacity.

02

Retention & Lead Generation

Attract profitable clients, improve consultation conversion, reactivate stalled opportunities and build repeatable referral relationships. Connect campaigns and referrals to the clients and matters they produce.

Better acquisition. Stronger relationships. More durable revenue.

03

Valuation & Reputation

Strengthen the authority, reputation, reporting, operating maturity and revenue quality that can make the firm a more valuable business.

A stronger reputation and a more durable firm.

04

Strategy & Implementation

Assess the operating model, select appropriate technology, redesign workflows, establish governance and implement the system correctly. Then measure and improve it over time.

Technology that produces business outcomes.

The missing layer

Your tools aren’t the problem. The gaps between them are.

Clio can manage a matter. MyCase can manage a matter.

An answering system can take a call. An agency can buy traffic. A foundation model can complete an AI task.

AlphaForge connects what happens between them — from discovery and inquiry to practice-specific relationships, matter, reputation, revenue and firm value.

Keep what works

Already using Clio or MyCase? Good. Keep it.

The firm’s existing practice-management platform remains the legal system of record. AlphaForge works alongside it, adding cross-system automation, acquisition intelligence, governance and practice-specific context. Connection and handoff depth are configured to the firm’s systems and scope.

Firm systems

AlphaForge can also be scoped around other current and future PMS or CRM systems.

AI and automation providers

Providers change. The firm’s operating logic, permissions and measurement should survive those changes.

One relationship, fully understood

Better operations should end in a more valuable firm.

The four pillars work together: stronger acquisition, better retention, more operating capacity, better revenue quality and a durable reputation that does not depend on one person or one channel.

Execution interfaces

The interfaces change. The intelligence stays connected.

Voice, chat, intake, follow-up, research, content and client support put the firm’s operating model to work. They are useful interfaces into the larger system — not the product category.

Voice

Answer, qualify and route calls inside the firm’s rules.

Chat

Handle common questions, capture context and escalate appropriately.

Intake

Structure the inquiry before it reaches the firm’s team.

Follow-up

Keep opportunities and client relationships from going quiet.

Research & content

Support authority, visibility and firm-approved publishing.

Client support

Surface routine information without losing matter context.

Governance + implementation

Strategy first. Technology second.

AlphaForge maps the workflow, selects appropriate technology, defines the permission and approval model, implements the system and measures how it performs. The firm should not be left with another tool its staff must figure out alone.

Role-aware boundaries

A prospective client, current client, referring professional and adverse party should not receive the same information or trigger the same action.

Firm-approved rules

Disclosure, refusal, escalation and approval rules are defined with the firm. Attorneys retain judgment and supervision.

Provider-neutral architecture

The operating model is not strategically tied to one PMS, AI model, voice provider or automation vendor.

AlphaForge is a technology and implementation provider, not a law firm. It supports the firm’s governance program; it does not make a firm compliant or replace attorney judgment, supervision or responsibility.

Build first. Then decide.

See it work on the firm’s real workflow before the subscription starts.

Every plan starts with a $500 one-time build. The recurring subscription starts after the firm tests and approves the scoped implementation. Pricing is flat — no per-call, per-minute, per-seat or per-agent meter.

What does AlphaForge actually do?

AlphaForge works across four business pillars: CRM & Automation, Retention & Lead Generation, Valuation & Reputation, and Strategy & Implementation. Those services are powered by a connected Legal Intelligence platform for law firms.

Is AlphaForge just an AI receptionist?

No. Voice, chat and intake are execution interfaces inside a larger operating and intelligence system. AlphaForge also connects acquisition, follow-up, reputation, governance, implementation and revenue context around the systems the firm already uses.

Do we have to replace Clio or MyCase?

No. The firm’s existing practice-management platform remains the legal system of record. AlphaForge works alongside it. Connection and handoff depth are configured to the firm’s current systems and the agreed implementation scope.

What is AlphaForge Legal Intelligence?

It is the connected context and operating layer across acquisition, firm workflows, governance, relationships and revenue. Practice-specific intelligence adds the workflows, qualification logic and operating context unique to an area of law. AlphaForge’s current deepest specialization is Estate, Probate & Inherited Property Intelligence.

Does AlphaForge provide a formal law-firm valuation?

No. AlphaForge helps build systems, reputation, operating intelligence and revenue quality that can contribute to a stronger and potentially more valuable firm. It does not determine what a firm is worth or guarantee an increase in value.

How much does AlphaForge cost?

$500 one-time setup, then $250/month on Basic, $1,000/month on Pro or $2,000/month on Ultra. Basic scope is confirmed before quoting. Pricing is flat, with no per-call, per-minute, per-seat or per-agent overages.

When does the subscription start?

AlphaForge builds the agreed implementation first. The firm tests it against the scoped workflow, and the recurring subscription starts after approval. Material migrations, provider reviews and custom integrations are scoped separately.
